I’m back to work now.

My R button is a little dodgy, so I’ll blame that for *any* typo or formatting errors.

Well, I’ve come from 30 degree blue sky heat to grey Essex skies that are pouring with rain.

Think about the flowers, that’s right, the flowers need the rain..

I’ve jumped right back into work, starting in a little while, if my fist client makes it through the rain that is.

Today I’ll be working on decreasing and or deleting anxiety, trauma and a whole ton of fear.

I think every single client asks me “How many sessions will I need?” or “How long will it take?”.

I answer accurately and truthfully every single time..

“I don’t know”

I will tell them that previously when I’ve helped people get over condition x or problem y that at *that time* it took say 3 – 4 sessions, but that was for that person, and everyone is different. It’s not a great answer, because people want rock solid finite facts, but I simply don’t have them.

I don’t. I can’t.

And I don’t see how *anyone* can say for definite.

There seems to be a few Hypnotherapists and NLP Practitioners and Coaches that can tell a client how long it will take to sort out a problem, and good on them.

I think they’re either unbelievably good at what they do or unbelievably good at fibbing or being hopelessly optimistic.

How’s that for cynical?!
