Well gang, the answer is…

I was lucky enough to communicate and spend time with them today. The context changed, but the enjoyment of the company and the person was the same, if different in each interaction.

The day started with working the Unlicensed English Boxing Champ for Fighter’s Mind coaching. It’s always satisfying to me when I help someone realise how sneaky limiting beliefs have wormed their meddling little way into someone’s headspace. Not on my watch I say!

I’ll gloss over what followed a great session –  i.e. Mum’s luncheon. What can I say though –  Boiled Gammon – it’s an Irish thing! 😉

Later on in the afternoon I met up with my old friend and Karate Master – Former World Champion and now National Katae Coach, William Thomas.

Isn’t it always great when you catch upwith an old friend who you haven’t seen for years and years, and then like *that* slot in and are shooting the breeze like you just saw each other last weekend. This guy’s radically shaking up stuff among the Karateka –  bringing in Wrestlers to teach  take downs and all sorts! Bravo my Friend!

Looks like I might be drafted in to talk about my Fighter’s Mind stuff to some of his Fighters at some point –  fingers crossed there then.

And to top the night off, a massive laugh-filled talk about Hypnosis, Hypnotists and stuff to follow up with. If you don’t know James, he’s the man behind Hypnosis Without Trance. He’s also Going to be speaking on the first evening of the Jeff Stephens Hypnosis workshop too! More about that here >>http://www.westessexhypnotherapy.co.uk/events.html and I’m also getting on a telephone line together this coming Wednesday at 7.30 UK time, along with James & Jeff, to talk about these guys’ use and approach of Hypnosis and as Hypnotherapists what they do when challenged when working with clients. I’d love you to join in on our conversation – (make sure you say hi) – so click here to find out more here: http://www.hypnosiswithouttrance.com/2011/09/01/hypnotist-jeffrey-stephens-context-intent/

So be sure to say hi when you’re on the call!

See you there.
