We all need some help sometimes

You know that life can be really tough at times. We do what we can to help ourselves struggle through difficult problems or traumatic situations, and sometimes it works, but sometimes it doesn’t.
When we hit these times we feel desperate, and eventually realise we need some help. Recognising the need for help is a massive first step, but not everyone wants to just medicate a problem that can be dealt with another way.

Therapy – Ways to get help

There are other ways to get help and be free from the past hurts or from ongoing feelings of anxiety and panic attacks and they do not involve sitting on a couch for years of therapy.
Things have moved on, and tools from ‘Brief Therapy’ have been developed that can significantly decrease and wipe out the problem, and help you move into a more positive way of being.
These include IEMT – Integral Eye Movement Therapy, NLP – Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Behavioural Therapy and Hypnosis. These approaches and their techniques work directly on getting rid of the source problem. We’ll also be working on helping you build better choices, a greater sense of mindfulness and a more positive way of responding during the tough times.

Our sessions together will last from three to ten sessions and each will run for 90 minutes. Most clients experience noticeable shifts from the first session, and once the problem is gone, it stays gone.
