Our sessions

We can make fast progress. Most clients take between three and ten sessions.

Sessions cost £75 and lasts 1+ hour, and use a range of approaches to help you overcome your problem.

The majority of clients recognise and experience noticeable shifts from the very first session.

And once their problem is gone, it stays gone.
